Colin’s of Callington is a retail store based in Callington, Cornwall, supplying:

  • School uniform (Callington Community College)

  • Cards & gift wrap

  • Kitchenware & cookware

  • Food storage & household items

  • Gifts, accessories, handbags & jewellery

  • Men’s & ladies’ footwear

  • Seasonal goods and general homeware

2. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Stock availability may vary; some items may occasionally be out of stock.

  • Uniform stock levels fluctuate during peak seasons—orders can be placed if your size is unavailable.

3. Orders & Special Orders

  • Orders for school uniform or other items not currently in stock may require a deposit.

  • Special orders are subject to supplier availability and delivery times.

  • Once an order is placed with a supplier, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Returns must be made within the timeframe stated in-store.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings) may be non-returnable.

  • Seasonal or clearance items may be non-refundable—please check at the time of purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

5. School Uniform Returns

  • Uniform items must be unworn and in resale condition.

  • During busy periods (July–September), exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Items personalised or altered are non-returnable.

6. Click & Collect / Website Orders

If online ordering or Click & Collect is offered:

  • Orders must be collected within the stated collection window.

  • Identification or order confirmation may be required on collection.

  • Items will only be released once full payment has been received.

7. Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty:

  • Please return it as soon as possible with proof of purchase.

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer laws.

  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care is not covered.

8. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift cards or vouchers (if available) are valid for the period stated on the card.

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

9. Parking

We provide free parking around the main building.
Parking is at your own risk; Colin’s of Callington does not accept liability for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

10. Website Content

  • We aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date.

  • Images and colours may vary depending on display settings.

  • We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time.

11. Liability

  • Colin’s of Callington is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of our website or products, except where required by law.
